By accessing or using the Droplixer Global Electronic Product Service Cloud platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Droplixer provides an AI-powered after-sale service operating system that connects OEMs, service partners, technicians, and consumers for electronic product repairs and warranty management. Our services include:

  • Device registration and warranty tracking
  • AI-powered repair diagnosis and recommendations
  • Service partner matching and dispatch
  • Real-time repair tracking and management
  • API access for third-party integrations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Service Partner Obligations

Service partners using the Droplixer platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate service information and capabilities
  • Maintain required certifications and insurance
  • Comply with SLA requirements and quality standards
  • Process payments in accordance with platform policies

5. OEM Obligations

OEMs using the Droplixer platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate product and warranty information
  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Comply with applicable consumer protection laws
  • Maintain appropriate data security measures

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Platform fees are deducted automatically from service partner settlements. Refund policies vary by service type and are detailed in our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Droplixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
